Marching Band Families,
It was great speaking to you on Tuesday! The 2018 marching season is going to be great!!!!! I have some more information I would like to share with you.
First, you should have received a “Financial Commitment Form” at the meeting. Complete both sides of that form, submit the $50 deposit (to either Mr. Little at CCHS or Mr. Dietsch at CCMS) by May 4th. Also, we have additional paperwork that needs to be completed online. Here are the directions for completing this paperwork:
1. Go to www.campbellcountybands.org
2. Click on the “Marching Band” page by scrolling over the “Programs and Classes” tab.
3. At the bottom of the Marching Band page, click on “Register Now” button on the left.
4. Fill out this form to submit health info, volunteer and contact info, etc.
5. Please complete this by May 4th!
Next, CARPOOLING!!!! A link was sent out on schoology and through Infinite Campus Messenger for parents willing to provide carpooling opportunities for the Band of Pride. This form is for parents needing rides for their students as well as parents willing to provide rides for other students!
